VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES -- Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and the Olean Motorcycle Enthusiasts are very excited to announce that the sixth annual Rally in the Valley is scheduled for August 15-17 in Olean. The three-day event is a motorcycle rally with the proceeds from the event benefiting a host of community charities. Again this year is that the event will be held all at one location -- Bradner Stadium!
The “Rally” is expected to once again draw several thousand motorcyclists from across our region. We would like to offer you an opportunity to take a vendor booth at the event. This year, the event will kick off with regional music entertainment concert. Saturday’s event will include a variety of activities, including slow bike contests, bands, foods, and vendors. Sunday’s activities will consist of Dice Run starting at 11 am and the raffle of a 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle!
We are very excited to be able to offer this ROARIN’ opportunity to you and hope that you can consider a booth at the event. Please call us if you have any questions.
RETAIL VENDORS -- The three events will all be held at one location -- vendors will not need to move and set up their spaces like in the past. Attached is the retail vendor application. If you wish to participate, please complete the attached form. We are unable to supply any retail vendors with WATER or ELECTRIC. Payment guarantees location at event. Applications for Retail Vendors will be accepted up until August 1.
FOOD VENDORS -- FOOD VENDORS APPLICATIONS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED. Food Vendors are closed. Thank you for your interest. We hope you may participate in 2009. The three events will all be held at one location -- vendors will not need to move and set up their spaces like in the past. In the past dice run participants were given vouchers for a chicken barbecue once the dice run was completed. This year as was last year, we want to give the dice run participants the opportunity to dine from any of the rally food vendors with a food voucher -- ADDED SALES TO YOUR BOOTH! Attached is the food vendor application. If you wish to participate, please complete the attached form. Payment guarantees location at event.
