MENU Selections: AT THIS TIME, VENDORS CANNOT sell hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, any sports drink or energy drink, and water. SALE OF THESE ITEMS will not be permitted. Vendors need to list ALL items that you would like to sell. Your menu will be approved and changes cannot happen without approval from GusMacker Olean. Please go with your menu strengths.

BOOTH PAYMENT: Please turn your vendor app in ASAP. No payment is needed at that time. GusMackerOlean will review and approve vendors for GusMackerOlean by JUNE 2011. PAYMENT in full will be needed at time of approval and no later than July 15, 2011.
DETAILS: •Vendors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. •NO CAMPING overnight allowed at event. •Set Up is Friday, August 19, 2 PM - no early set up! •GusMackerOlean reserves the right to locate booths. •No refunds for cancellations received within two weeks of the event. •GusMackerOlean has the host vendor permit for all vendors. •Vendors will be responsible for any trash in their area. This includes at the end of the event and after move out. If trash is left, GusMackerOlean retains the privilege to refuse future vendor space to said vendor. •Vendors may not sell raffle tickets or run other contests at any time unless approved by GusMackerOlean.
