Dear Business Owner,

 

Below you will find initial information on Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce’s Home & Garden Show.  The dates for the show are April 13-15, 2012.   Please note that GOACC members are notified three weeks in advance over non-members.  We do not reserve/hold booths without notification from you.

 

You can secure your booth(s) for the event with a deposit of $100.  New this year – pay in full NOW and SAVE 10% off your total.  Non-members will be allowed to secure their booths after January 23.  Booths are allocated on a first come basis.

All booths include curtains, and if desired, signage and 500-watt outlet electric. TABLES/CHAIRS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Please contact our rental members, A-1 Rentall (716-373-7368) and Caya’s Canopies (716-372-1308).   For those using computers, lamps, cookers, popcorn poppers, vacuum cleaners, kitchen equipment, hot tubs, etc. – you will need to check the appropriate electric needed for your booth. If you are unsure of electrical needs, PLEASE call our office to help determine amps you will need.  If you do not mark down the correct electric above and wait to the day of the show, the COST will double AND you will have to pay our show contractor at that point.  NO Exceptions.

 

Also NEW this year – the Chamber is working with member amazingaerialphotos.com for a virtual home show year round.  We will take our three day event and allow you to receive year round attendance where customers can visit the show in a unique high resolution 360 degree interactive web presentation.  Each vendor will be listed on this presentation but look to the flyer included on how to enlarge your presentation virtually!
