Robert Cross founded 3 C’s Catering in 1996 after earning his culinary and baking degrees from Alfred State. With nearly 30 years of experience, Robert and his wife Karen are dedicated to making every event a success.3 C’s Catering has operated the concession stand at Bradner Stadium for the Olean Oilers since 2021.In addition to managing concessions for both the Oilers and the Tarp Skunks, 3 C’s Catering owns and operates two food trucks, used for special events, festivals, and fairs. Their trucks are even available to be booked for private events, like birthdays and graduation parties.
