We have over 500 members throughout Western NY and Northwestern PA.
Membership Levels are based on the number of employees the company has, ranging from a Sole Proprietor to Companies of all sizes. For businesses with more than one entity or location, we have a Multiple Member Level, which offers a reduced cost for the multiple locations. We also have an Associate Member Level for entities that would like promotions for an event (one time per year). All of our membership levels can be found here.
Whether you're a for profit or non profit business, entity, club, group, or even an annual event, you're eligible to become a GOACC member.
Joining the GOACC is easy! Simply complete this short membership application linked here and complete your payment on the following page. If you'd like to apply in person, please call our office at 716-372-4433 to make an appointment.

Yes. A GOACC membership covers the entire business—employees included. As a Member, you’ll enjoy discounted tickets to Chamber events, special offers at participating Member businesses, inclusion in our Weekly Newsletter, and access to valuable health insurance resources.
When membership dues are paid in full at the time of application, you’ll receive 12 months of benefits. GOACC memberships follow a January–December calendar year; however, if you join midyear, your dues can be prorated from your start date through the end of the year. Dues can be paid annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly.

Union Street, Olean, is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (closed on federal holidays).
We do our best not to have to change GOACC rates, absorbing up to 10 years of cost increases between historical adjustments. The previous two came in 2005 and 2015, with 2026 showing as the next scheduled adjustment.

Once you complete the online application (include link to Application page) and submit payment, our Member Services team will reach out with your New Member Welcome Packet. Inside, you’ll find details about your promotional benefits (include link to Member Benefits page), along with information on upcoming events and sponsorship opportunities. We’ll also request your business logo and a short bio about your company—how it began and your future plans, so we can help introduce you to the Chamber community.
Yes! As a Chamber member, you have access to member-to-member discounts, discounted event booths, and reduced event ticket prices. Full details on all membership discounts are included in your Welcome Packet.
